The Ocean Foundation was created in 2001 and is a non-profit organization that works to conserve and restore the beauty of our world’s oceans and coasts. The organization collaborates with donors who wish to donate to a cause that the Ocean Foundation has contact with. Their contribution is then directed through the foundation to those that go out and make these projects a reality.
Turtle Foundation:
The Turtle Foundation formed together in 2000 to protect sea turtles across the world from illegal poaching and abuse of turtles. They work to educate local communities on how they can better treat their marine life while still finding economic success in alternate ways such as tourism and local goods.
